Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and friendly team member to join our crew As a cashier and service staff, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting customers with a warm smile
  • Handling POS transactions and ensuring seamless customer service
  • Preparing and packing orders with precision and care
  • Assisting with stock replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive dining experience
  2. Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately
  3. Prepare and package orders according to our high standards
  4. Assist with daily tasks such as stocking and cleaning

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in F&B (or willingness to learn)
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
