Job Title: Sales Manager- Web3

This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to attract high-value clients across the blockchain and crypto ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be a passionate builder of talent and teams, responsible for leading marketing initiatives for blockchain products and services.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting blockchain projects, enterprise partners, and crypto-native clients.
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value leads through outreach, networking, events, and inbound channels.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, and C-level executives in the Web3 space.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our blockchain solutions in technical and business terms.
  • Maintain and report on a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, tech, or blockchain/web3.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, DeFi, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and manage a full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters or bachelor's in marketing and communications or business management.
  • Experience selling blockchain infrastructure, decentralized applications, APIs, or developer tools.
  • Existing network within the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Understanding of smart contracts and decentralized protocols.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
