Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in QA systems implementation and management in a medium-sized manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving quality excellence, with expertise in process improvement, Six Sigma, or lean methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
