Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Audit Expert to lead our audit team and manage a portfolio of clients independently. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in risk-based financial and operational audits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement risk-based audit plans, conducting fieldwork and testing as necessary
  • Analyze internal control systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions
  • Review and ensure the quality of staff work, providing feedback and coaching as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification
  • At least 5-6 years of audit experience, with a minimum of 3 years as an Audit Senior
  • Mature, responsible, adaptable, flexible, strong analytical skills, and committed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Able to liaise with different stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs
