The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in driving business initiatives from inception through execution. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining strategic roadmaps, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and defining product requirements.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap, aligning with business objectives
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional features and experiences
  • Define product requirements, conduct user research, and iterate on feedback to ship remarkable products
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are met
  • Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively, weighing trade-offs and managing the backlog
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions
  • Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in product management, preferably with domain knowledge of Crypto payments
  • A data-driven work style with empathy for users
  • A passion for building customer-centric products and experiences
  • Experience shipping successful software or financial products at scale
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to collaborate with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders
