About the Job

You'll be the crucial first point of contact, connecting qualified prospects with our professional financial advisors through professional telephone communications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to qualified prospects using company-provided lead lists
  • Schedule appointments between prospects and our financial advisory team
  • Follow up consistently on missed calls and busy prospects to maintain engagement
  • Achieve daily and monthly appointment setting targets (pro-rated for part-time schedule)
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in our CRM system
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings as required

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level education or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong work ethic and hardworking attitude
  • Never-give-up mindset with resilience to handle rejection
  • Goal-oriented approach with ability to work independently
  • Professional phone etiquette and persuasive communication abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a part-time capacity
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in financial services or insurance industry
  • Proven track record in appointment setting or lead generation
  • Experience working in flexible or part-time arrangements

What We Offer

Compensation:

  • $8/hour for candidates new to telemarketing
  • $10/hour for experienced telemarketers
  • Performance bonus: $10 for each successful appointment set
  • Regular performance reviews with salary progression opportunities

Work Arrangement:

  • 100% Work From Home after successful completion of training and meeting KPIs
  • Flexible scheduling with 4-hour continuous time slots
  • Book shifts 1 week in advance through our booking system
  • Choose your preferred hours between 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
  • Saturday availability: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Minimum commitment: 12 hours per week
  • Maximum hours: 40 hours per week
