Business Development Telecommunications Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Telesales Support Executive to join our team. This is a dynamic opportunity for a driven individual to contribute to the success of our organization by building strong relationships with corporate clients.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Conduct outbound calls to corporate clients to provide service follow-up, lead qualification, and information gathering support.
    • Collaborate with recruitment consultants to update internal trackers, manage candidate/client records, and prepare documentation.
    • Assist in data entry and CRM updates to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
    • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate recruitment workflows and client servicing.
    • Handle general office communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
    • Provide basic client engagement support, including call scripts, follow-up emails, and appointment setting.
  • Key Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or outbound customer engagement.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Comfortable speaking with business clients over the phone.
    • Detail-oriented approach.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other document handling tools.
