About the Role

Agora Co-Learning Spaces Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Mandarin Language Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement educational programmes in line with our pedagogical framework, including conducting the Agora Student Care enrichment programme, focusing on Mandarin language.
  • Supervise primary school children in completing their daily homework, providing academic support when needed.
  • Monitor and record students' academic and holistic development using provided educational tools, contributing to reporting progress to parents.
  • Maintain teaching resources and learning environment, ensuring safety and security at all times.
  • Model positive behaviour to promote compliance and discipline.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant teaching experience.
  • Ability to understand primary school curricular content and provide guidance on homework completion.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and energetic, with a positive mindset to learn and grow.
Working Hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

This role offers a competitive salary range of SGD $45,000 - SGD $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
