Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Management Associate to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our brokers and trading desks in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely processing of trades across multiple asset classes, including Foreign Exchange, Money Markets, Rates, Credit, and Equity Derivatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all trades are accurately booked and matched in a timely manner, adhering to strict settlement timelines and client expectations.
• Verify that all trade confirmations are accurate and delivered to clients within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues related to trade delivery, working closely with our Ops Services team and external vendors as needed.
• Collaborate with our Front Office team to facilitate trade booking and brokerage calculations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient trade lifecycle management.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Commercial and Operational management, highlighting key trade processing metrics and trends.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of multiple asset classes, including Rates, FX Forwards, and Money Markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience in managing trade flow, preferably from a financial services background, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with the Front Office.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve queries related to trade delivery and client inquiries.
• Familiarity with external systems and platforms, such as RTNS and Markitwire, is a plus.
