Job Title: Operations Director - Event Management

About Us:
RS EVENTS PTE. LTD. is a leading events management company that delivers exceptional experiences for our clients. We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our event management team and drive business growth.

Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Operations Director to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events and conferences. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure seamless event delivery and driving business growth through innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement event management strategies to ensure efficient and effective event delivery.
2. Lead and manage a team of event coordinators to achieve business objectives.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver events and conferences that meet client expectations.
4. Manage budgets and costs associated with events to ensure financial sustainability.
5. Identify opportunities to improve event management processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event outcomes.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event management capabilities.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in event management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
3. Proven track record of delivering successful events and conferences that meet client expectations.
4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement change.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
