AI Software Development Engineer

This position is ideal for a skilled software development engineer with expertise in designing and building scalable, production-ready agent architectures using AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build AI agents (customer service bots, workflow automation, decision-support systems)
  • Integrate large language models (LLMs) with APIs, databases, and internal systems
  • Implement reasoning, planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities in agents
  • Optimize performance, latency, and reliability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Python programming
  • Exposure to ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, or scikit-learn)
  • Knowledge of Azure AI stack (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Azure Machine Learning)
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and system integration
