Award-winning Childcare Centre seeks a highly motivated and experienced Homework & Enrichment Mentor to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for implementing educational programs that cater to the needs of primary school children.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement daily homework plans tailored to each child's learning style.
  • Conduct unique enrichment activities designed to promote cognitive development and creativity.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to ensure seamless integration of academic and extracurricular programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
  • Monitor and record individual progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions as needed.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field;
* Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or childcare;
* Strong organizational and time management skills;
