Job Title: Pro Audio Product Specialist

Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Application Engineer to provide technical support and application expertise across the APAC region.

This role will play a key part in delivering technical excellence to our clients, distributors, and partners. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure our solutions are deployed to the highest standard.

You will report directly to the Head of Sales APAC and be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to distributors, partners, and customers
  • Designing and optimizing audio systems to meet customer requirements
  • Delivering technical training to partners, rental companies, installers, and end users
  • Participating in product demonstrations and system commissioning at live events and trade shows
  • Collaborating with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support business opportunities
  • Collecting technical feedback from the field and sharing it with HQ teams to improve products and solutions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Application Engineer, System Engineer, or Technical Specialist in the pro-audio industry
  • Strong knowledge of professional audio systems, including PA system design, acoustic measurement tools, DSP platforms, and simulation software
  • Practical experience with system tuning, optimization, and alignment in live sound applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to different audiences
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a dynamic environment
