Job Title: Culinary Team Member

Are you a team player with excellent time management skills? Do you have a passion for food preparation and presentation?

As a Culinary Team Member, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and replenishment of ingredients for our menu items. You will work closely with our chefs to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and replenish ingredients according to recipes and menu plans.
  • Assist in fruits and drinks preparation in a timely manner.
  • Ensure food products are placed in assigned locations at the appointed time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Support the chef in any ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF KITCHEN HYGIENE AND FOOD HANDLING PRACTICES IS A MUST.
  • ABILITY TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND WORK COLLABORATIVELY AS PART OF A TEAM.
  • GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT AND MULTITASKING SKILLS ARE ESSENTIAL.
  • ATTENTION TO CLEANLINESS, ORGANIZATION, AND DETAIL IS CRUCIAL.
  • PHYSICAL FITNESS AND ABILITY TO STAND FOR LONG PERIODS OR LIFT MODERATELY HEAVY ITEMS.
  • VALID FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATE (AN ADVANTAGE).
