Job Opportunity:

Pharmacy Information Specialist

 

Role Summary:

The Pharmacy Information Specialist is a vital role within our healthcare organization, responsible for delivering accurate and evidence-based medication information and clinical guidance to healthcare professionals and patients.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Composing comprehensive drug evaluation reports to support changes to the formulary
  • Assisting in establishing systems for medication utilization
  • Disseminating updates on formulary changes to clinical staff
  • Monitoring and analyzing data on medication usage trends and adverse drug events
  • Collaborating with internal and external departments to ensure the efficient and safe management of medication use throughout the hospital

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be registered under AHPC and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.

 

Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to assist in inpatient settings when needed
