Warehouse Operations Manager

Are you an experienced warehouse supervisor looking for a new challenge? Do you have excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team?

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all products are received, stored, and dispatched in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff to carry out daily warehouse activities
• Perform accurate checking and verification of incoming and outgoing goods against delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams for timely inbound and outbound processes
• Investigate discrepancies and report damages, losses, or variances to management
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all warehouse records
• Enforce warehouse cleanliness and workplace safety standards

Requirements:
• Minimum O-Level / NITEC or relevant warehouse/logistics certification
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and organizational skills
• Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and basic computer literacy (MS Office)
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance standards is an advantage
