Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance and Control Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily QAQC checks, preparing monthly reports, and providing training to sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily QAQC checks on projects
  • Prepare monthly QAQC reports for submission to Corporate QAQC Department
  • Provide training to sub-contractors on QAQC procedures
  • Issue non-compliance notifications to sub-contractors
  • Attend monthly QAQC presentations and meetings at Corporate QAQC Department
  • Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation, including quality plans, inspection reports, test protocols, and other relevant records
  • Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on their quality systems, capabilities, and performance
  • Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance, including key metrics, trends, and areas of concern or improvement
Requirements
  • At least an advanced diploma in a related field
  • Architectural-trained or structural-trained work experience
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, methodologies, and tools
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO)
  • Experience with inspection techniques, measurement tools, and testing equipment
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
