About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable individual to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest complaints, requests, and enquiries in a responsive and tactful manner.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Understand and meet the needs of our diverse clientele by staying informed about hotel facilities, functions, and tourist-related information.
  • Maintain effective communication with all hotel personnel to ensure a professional and courteous working relationship.
  • Approach additional tasks assigned by superiors diligently and professionally.

Requirements:

  • O Levels or equivalent qualification.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
  • Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communication skills.
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $45,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
