Job Description:

  • Identify and assess key industry and manpower challenges through data analysis and trend evaluation.
  • Engage strategic accounts and companies to understand their manpower-related pain points and develop strategies for workforce transformation.
  • Recommend human capital solutions that align with industry or enterprise business needs.
  • Support the development of industry transformation maps and jobs transformation maps to articulate key insights and trends.
  • Implement pilot initiatives to identify proof points and use cases related to national career health agendas.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least four years of working experience preferred; fresh graduates with maturity, strong communication, and interpersonal skills will be considered.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
