About the Position

We are looking for a Corporate Financial Services Manager to join our team at JOBSTUDIO PTE LTD. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing schedules, meetings, travel, and correspondence for senior finance executives.

Additionally, you will assist with research expenses, audits, claims, and AR/AP tasks like invoicing and payments. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure accurate financial record-keeping and timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.

We offer a competitive overall package that includes AWS + Bonus + Medical Benefits (Self & Dependent) + Annual Leave. Our office is located near to Mrt and operates Monday to Friday only.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and correspondence for senior finance executives
  • Assist with research expenses, audits, claims, and AR/AP tasks like invoicing and payments
  • Prepare bad debt provisions, accruals, SOAs, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
  • Coordinate financial projects, track deadlines, and assist with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
  • A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
