Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams, interacting with clients and their auditors, and developing client relationships.

Key responsibilities include leading client engagements, owning client delivery on operational due diligence for complex transactions, driving client deliverables of financial and regulatory information, serving as a subject expert matter on projects related to new accounting standards, leading process improvement projects and implementation of changes, mentoring managers and consultants, and playing an active role in the firm's recruiting efforts, client relationship building, and business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience, eight plus years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting and/or finance, outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, strong technical skills and a working knowledge of IFRS, proactive in identifying client needs and effective in building a strong relationship with clients, high organizational skills, analytical and critical thinking abilities, entrepreneurial nature, self-motivated, ethical, and dependable.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Eight plus years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting and/or finance
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of IFRS
