About the Internship
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Green Strategy Coordinator and contribute to our sustainability efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our corporate sustainability strategy and contributing to our sustainability reporting efforts. You will also assist in analysing data to understand e-waste recycling rates through decommissioned internal assets and participate in organising staff environmental events such as tree planting and e-waste collection drives.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of our corporate sustainability strategy by collecting data across the organisation.
- Contribute to our sustainability reporting efforts by performing data matching for our new reporting system.
- Analyse data to identify trends and patterns related to e-waste recycling rates.
- Assist in planning and executing staff environmental events that promote sustainability awareness and practices.
Requirements
- A 6-month commitment is required for this internship.
- A strong background in engineering or science, particularly in energy management or data sciences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow up on tasks.
- Experience in event planning and execution, preferably involving outdoor activities with large groups.
