This internship presents a unique chance to delve into business operations and supply chain management.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our team in business operations and supply chain activities. As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of training programs in logistics and supply chain, gaining exposure to real-world SME operations, and supporting internal business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply supply chain principles to improve internal workflow efficiency.
  • Assist with lead generation and client engagement.
  • Coordinate across teams to streamline training delivery, including scheduling and material preparation.
  • Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts to promote upcoming training programs and partnerships.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain internal databases and prepare contracts, HR documents, and government funding documentation.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and organized operations.

Course Development & Market Research:

  • Contribute to research, design, and structuring of new training programs in supply chain and logistics.
  • Align course content with industry standards and in-demand competencies.
  • Draft learner guides, PowerPoint materials, and internal documentation for pilot courses.
  • Support competitor analysis of similar SCM-related courses in Singapore and overseas.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Apply knowledge of supply chain concepts in real-world operational settings.
  • Learn how education and training programs are structured for workforce development.
  • Gain experience in market research, client engagement, and internal process coordination.
  • Contribute to the development of a new SCM training vertical within a PEI setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate student in Operations & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Adaptable, organized, and keen to learn across functional domains.

Benefits:

  • $1,600 per month.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (10:00 - 19:00).
