Job Title: Principal AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to our AI Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML and programming languages like Python, with experience in data structures and algorithms.

In this role, you will oversee various line of efforts with multifaceted teams, including research, product management, data science, to curate and chart AI strategies for the respective Centres of Excellence (COEs).

You will operationalise AI by working with stakeholders to facilitate knowledge, code, and talent exchange, driving technical discussions to ensure AI developments align with overall strategy, and providing technical guidance for building AI solutions and validating models.

As a leader, you will need to drive technical discussions and present complex AI solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership, planning, negotiation, and communication skills.

Additionally, you will need to have the ability to manage complexity and uncertainties, and handle multiple stakeholders and work under stress.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields, and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
