Home Massage Specialist Position

Our company is seeking a skilled massage therapist to join our team as a home massage specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regular massage therapy sessions to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Description:

  • Provide high-quality massage therapy services to clients in a home setting, ensuring a safe and relaxing environment at all times.\
  • Assess each client's physical condition and develop customized treatment plans to meet their unique needs and goals.\
  • Ensure that all equipment and treatment areas are properly cleaned and sanitized after each use.\
  • Manage and maintain a stock of massage supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are on hand.\
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the massage therapy process.\
  • Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in a clear and concise manner.\
  • Conduct routine equipment maintenance and repair to ensure optimal functioning.\
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and massage therapy.\\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Background in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or related field.\
  • Strong knowledge of massage and physiotherapy techniques, with experience in providing treatments to individuals with various health conditions.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.\
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and twisting.\\
