Business Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, business process improvement, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and document business/user requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors on system design, integration, and performance optimization.
  • Implement and monitor application security to meet policies and standards.
  • Develop and execute test plans, oversee validation, and coordinate deployment.
  • Provide user training, workshops, and post-implementation support.
  • Maintain systems with regular updates, patches, and enhancements.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Create and maintain documentation (user guides, manuals, training materials).
Requirements:
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in programming (Python, .NET, Java, React) and SQL/Open-Source Databases.
  • Knowledge of APIs, web services, and Microsoft Power BI (an advantage).
  • Familiarity with Azure AI Studio/OpenAI, digital twin technologies (an advantage).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver quality solutions.
