Job Description:
  As a skilled Business Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Manage the admission process, ensuring timely and efficient handling of patient information.
  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
  • Perform Cashiering duties accurately and efficiently.
  • Process Billing tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to escalate cases as necessary.


Requirements:
  
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative work, particularly in Cashiering and Billing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data entry systems.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
