Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Coordination Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in project planning, defining scope, and maintaining project schedules. You will also coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, manage vendor relationships, and maintain project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reports.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, defining scope, and maintaining project schedules.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Act as a point of contact between project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Monitor construction activities for compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Promote and enforce safety regulations on the construction site, conduct safety inspections.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage change orders and their impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, maintain contingency plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in construction coordination or a related role.
- Class 3 license.
- Knowledge of construction processes.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with construction-related regulations and safety standards.
