Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

As a senior director of finance and operations, you will play a key role in driving the company's financial stability and growth. You will be responsible for leading all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to ensure the company's financial health and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Oversee cash flow management, investment strategies, and capital allocation to maximize returns while minimizing risks.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage financial risks, including insurance, taxation, and internal controls, to safeguard the company's assets and reputation.
- Advise senior leadership on financial performance and strategy to inform decision-making and drive business success.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with certifications like CPA, CFA, or MBA being highly preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving financial growth and success.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and regulatory frameworks, with a keen understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, capital management, and risk assessment, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
