Business Growth Specialist

As a key player in our organization, the Business Growth Specialist will focus on developing and managing business opportunities. This includes generating leads through strategic marketing activities, conducting market research to understand client needs, and arranging client meetings.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. They will be responsible for preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and following up on purchase orders.

We are looking for a results-driven professional who can liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure competitive terms. The successful candidate will also represent the company at meetings, pitches, and industry events.

  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts
  • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, social media, and marketing activities
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and sales potential
  • Arrange and attend client meetings, prepare presentations, and pitch solutions
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure competitive terms
  • Represent the company at meetings, pitches, and industry events
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in Audio Visuals Industry
