We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Golf Operations Associate. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day golf operations, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

  • Provide a high level of customer service to members and guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.", "
  • Manage ball fees, Toptracer Range fees, and ball card top-up fees, ensuring accurate records and prompt payments.", "
  • Coordinate bay reservations for members and the public through phone, email, or in-person requests.", "
  • Supervise and direct junior-level staff in the golf shop and field attendants, promoting a positive work environment and maintaining high standards of performance.", "
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, processing, and staging new inventory in the shop.", "
  • Liaise with other departments to report facility issues and ensure timely resolution.", "
", "Required Skills and Qualifications:", "

  • Post-secondary education is an asset but not required.", "
  • Strong customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone.", "
  • Proficiency in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office and similar applications.", "
