Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Engineer to join our team. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our users and ensuring their successful adoption of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Be the go-to technical expert for InsiderSecurity solutions
* Achieve customer success by understanding user requirements and providing exceptional support
* Advise customers on deployment architecture and best practices for our products
* Deploy and configure our solutions in customer data centers or cloud environments
* Develop and configure use cases to meet user needs
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
* Support the sales team with technical sales demos and answer technical inquiries during sales

Requirements

* At least 3 years experience in system administration, cloud administration, or IT networking
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experienced with system and cloud administration (e.g., Windows, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes)
* Experienced with networking
* Experienced with Python or other high-level programming languages
* Familiarity with Bash scripting
* Familiarity with database administration and SQL is a plus
* Prior experience as an application field engineer or a customer success engineer is an advantage
* Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Ability to excel in a collaborative team setting
