About the Role

The Woodcrafters Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Administration Coordinator to join our team in the West – Pioneer Area.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review Tender Documents & Drawings and provide quotations to clients
  • Procure materials with suppliers/vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of material inventory, including quantity and storage locations
  • Implement contract administration procedures, documenting all variations and submitting accurate cost implications to clients
  • Process Progress Claims, VO settlements, and Final Account Settlements efficiently
  • Prepare and maintain FW time cards and payroll records
Requirements
  • Able to read and understand AutoCAD Construction Drawings
  • Hardworking, independent, and detail-oriented individual
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
Skills and Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Inventory management and maintenance experience
  • Payroll and procurement expertise
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 45,000 - SGD 55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
