Job Title: Senior Construction Project Coordinator

 

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of documents for presentations to stakeholders
Attending site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
Coordinating with construction teams to resolve any challenges that may arise during the project

 

Requirements:

A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is essential, recognized by relevant authorities
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role preferred
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project software
Familiarity with the latest codes of practice and regulations governing construction projects
