Legal Data Specialist Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Legal Data Specialist to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in creating and maintaining dashboards and reporting packages for Legal leadership and internal customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and upkeep of dashboards to facilitate quick data analysis for Legal Leadership on an ad hoc basis.
  • Assist customers in utilizing data dashboards, and provide analytics on reported data.
  • Create and update design documentation for dashboards, ensuring data quality through reporting and analysis.
  • Identify data issues, recommend solutions for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations based on industry trends and tool enhancements.
Requirements:
To qualify for this role, you should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in data and dashboard creation within a fast-paced corporate Legal or IT department. Additionally, you should be proficient in Advanced Data Reporting using Power BI dashboard, Excel, System Process Documentation and Support, and possess skills in AI models in Analytics, Tableau and ClickSense, SharePoint capabilities, process flow charts, word documentation for processes, project coordination, and task planning.

Preferred Qualifications:
4 years of experience with ELM or other legal systems, exposure to project and process management tools, familiarity with scrum and agile project methodologies, proficiency in Data Analysis Languages like Python and SQL, JAVA development skills, critical thinking abilities, problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, a collaborative attitude, a commitment to personal growth, and experience with AI Prompt and D365.
