Our clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our team. As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.
Job Responsibilities- Register patients and take relevant health measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure, and temperature.
- Screen patients for presenting complaints and assess their eligibility for government subsidies.
- Classify patients into acute vs. chronic vs. surgical OR short vs. long consultations.
- Perform ECGs and dispense medications while providing counseling to patients.
- Collect payments and manage patients' expectations on-site.
- Dispatch blood tests and familiarize yourself with medications and equipment locations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a healthcare setting.
- Strong commitment to patient care and dedication to delivering high-quality services.
- Ability to assess patients' needs and provide appropriate treatment.
- Good understanding of healthcare industry and related regulations.
