Electrical Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team.

  • To install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment including wiring, lighting, power distribution and control systems.
  • To read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • To perform routine inspections to identify and troubleshoot electrical faults or hazards.
  • To ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant codes, safety standards and regulations.
  • To test electrical systems using appropriate tools e.g. multimeters, insulation testers.

This role requires collaboration with engineers, technicians and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Maintenance work records, inspections and repairs must be accurately documented.
  • Prompt response to emergency electrical issues is expected along with participation in on-call duties when required.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Min Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics or similar.
  • Min 2 years of relevant experience.
