Airport Operations Digitalisation Transformation Leader

Shaping the future of airport operations requires innovative leadership and a forward-thinking approach. We seek a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Airport Operations Strategy Transformation Lead.
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the development and deployment of high-impact initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, resilience, and passenger experience. As a strategic leader, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution – contributing both breadth across multiple programmes and depth in end-to-end delivery of specific projects.
The nature of this work grants a unique opportunity to explore and implement transformative ideas, gaining valuable exposure to technologies and industry insights. You will formulate digital transformation roadmaps for airport operations, lead project delivery from exploration to deployment, steer technology development, and oversee change management and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate the digital transformation roadmap for airport operations
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from exploration to deployment
- Steer technology development and evaluate solutions for operational feasibility and impact
- Deploy solutions in operational environments and oversee change management and adoption
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience
· Knowledge in deploying digital systems and enthusiasm about transforming airport operations
· Excellent communications and people skills with a proven ability in change management
