About the Opportunity
Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for digital transformation and financial crime compliance?
We are seeking an experienced expert to lead our efforts in developing technology solutions that effectively manage regulatory risk requirements. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and program management while enhancing your abilities in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration.

About the Role
You will be responsible for driving and partnering with key stakeholders to develop high-level project timeline plans, budgets, and track project status. You will also prepare and present project status in forums such as working group meetings and project steering committees. Additionally, you will lead systems changes, enhancements, and maintenance support for financial crime compliance-related systems and processes. Your attention to detail and ability to identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve technology risks and conduct compliance matters will be essential in this role.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree holder with a proven track record in project management and or regulatory change management. You should have a good understanding of financial crime compliance domains, including name screening, transaction screening, transaction monitoring, client due diligence, anti-fraud, and data analytics. Your ability to pick up new areas fast, adapt quickly to changing demands, and embrace ambiguity will be valuable assets in this position. You should also possess high EQ, comfortable with presentation, facilitation, and engagement with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders. As a self-motivated, resourceful, respectful, and forward-looking individual, you will thrive in our dynamic environment.
