Job Title:

Internal Communications Specialist

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, editing and sharing various communication materials across multiple platforms. This includes newsletters, announcements and leadership messages. In addition, they will maintain internal platforms such as the intranet and digital channels to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to employees.

Another key responsibility will be to create materials to support campaigns, events and initiatives, working closely with teams to gather and distribute content on time. They will also support engagement activities such as town halls, team-building and recognition programs, partnering with HR to boost participation and collect feedback.

The ideal candidate will have strong writing, editing and interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital communication tools such as SharePoint, Yammer and Canva.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or a related role (internships included)
  • Strong writing, editing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g. SharePoint, Yammer, Canva)
