Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Lead, Attractions Operations. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our attractions are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes supervising staff, managing records and reports, and providing support to guests.

Responsibilities for this role include:

* Supervising attractions staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

* Assisting with the training and development of staff

* Maintaining accurate records and reports, including lead observations, daily operating reports, ride/show quality reports, time keeping sheets, scheduling requests, crew member availability and other paperwork as assigned

* Providing support to guests who have queries or concerns, and working to resolve any issues that may arise in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements for this role include a GCE 'N'/ 'O' Levels/ ITE Certificate/ Diploma in Tourism or any other relevant discipline. Previous operations experience would be advantageous but is not essential. You must be able to perform shift work, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
