Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service via phone, email, and other channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cross-sell bank products and services to customers as appropriate.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction levels and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Possess a diploma with relevant call centre experience.
  • Have a passion for customer service and a strong desire to deliver exceptional results.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly rate of up to $25 per hour for part-time staff and up to $4000 per month for full-time staff.
  • A one-month performance bonus upon completing a six-month contract, subject to satisfactory performance.

Location and Working Hours:
  • Raffles Place.
  • 5 days per week, between Monday and Sunday (including public holidays).
