Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our shipyard operations. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from tender preparation to contract execution.

Tender Preparation
  • Develop and implement cost estimation strategies to ensure accurate budgeting.
  • Prepare and submit tenders to clients, ensuring compliance with specifications and timelines.
Contract Execution
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors throughout the project.
  • Oversee procurement of equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Reporting and Compliance
  • Generate regular project reports, highlighting progress, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • E nsure all contractual obligations are met, including invoicing and payment tracking.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the marine industry.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong focus on cost control and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
