Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Professional to design, implement and maintain robust network infrastructure in a fast-paced environment. This role involves hands-on project work focusing on traditional IT networking as well as integration with OT/IoT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deploy High-Performance Networks: Utilizing Cisco technology, we need you to deploy high-performance wired, wireless and VPN networks.
  • Network Performance Monitoring: You will be responsible for monitoring network performance, resolving complex issues, performing firmware/security updates and ensuring high uptime.
  • Implementing Industry Standard Security Practices: Implement industry-standard network security best practices, firewalls, NAC, VPN solutions and guarantee compliance with regulations (ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Support Connectivity for IoT Devices: Support connectivity for SCADA, PLCs, and IoT devices within a smart factory setting.
  • Lead Network Related Projects: Lead network-related projects such as new site deployments; coordinate vendors and document designs/configurations.
  • Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional IT/OT teams and provide escalation support when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on network engineering experience, preferably in manufacturing or large enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional expertise in:
    Cisco networking (Switches, Routers, VLANs, VSS), Firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto), NAC, VPN, wireless controllers, access points.
  • Familiarity with IoT/Industry 4.0 protocols and IT–OT integration.
  • Network certifications (CCNP, CCNA, or equivalent).
  • Strong troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.
