Job Title: Laptop Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laptop Repair Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance on PCs, laptops, and mobile phones.

  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting services to customers.\
  • Maintain and repair laptop hardware, including hard disk replacement, LED screen replacement, and motherboard repair.\
  • Adapt to new technologies and learn functional skills of new laptop and phone applications.\
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions.\
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in computer hardware and software.\
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of computer hardware and software components.\
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.\
  • Ensure high-quality work and adherence to company standards.\
  • Analyse complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.\
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.\
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the team.\
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians.\
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.\
  • Monitor and report on equipment performance and suggest improvements.\
  • Suggest process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.\
  • Act as a subject matter expert in laptop repair and maintenance.\
  • Collaborate with senior management to plan and implement technical projects.\
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.\
  • Make informed decisions based on data analysis and research.\
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).\
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in laptop repair and maintenance.\
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software components.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.\
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.\
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.\
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.\
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training and meetings.\

  • Salary range $2,500 - $3,300 per month.\
