Telecommunications Consultant

About the Role

The Telecommunications Consultant is a key member of our team, responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with potential customers through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound calls to introduce our wellness services to potential customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable treatments/packages.
  • Scheduling appointments for consultations or trials at our outlets.
  • Following up with prospects to convert them into paying customers.
  • Customer engagement & sales.
Responsibilities Details
  • Providing professional and engaging explanations of services.
  • Addressing inquiries, handling objections, and offering promotional incentives.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Tracking & reporting.
  • Keeping accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
  • Providing daily/weekly reports on lead conversion and performance.
Requirements
  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in wellness, beauty, or healthcare).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Sales-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
  • Basic knowledge of wellness and beauty services is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
