About the Role

As a Strategic Marketing Director, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. You will manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, and email marketing, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral such as brochures, product descriptions, and packaging.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote beauty and cosmetics products.
  • Create and execute engaging marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, and email marketing, to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, product descriptions, and packaging.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry with a focus on beauty and cosmetics products. Salary and Benefits
