Job Description

This internship role sits within the Investment platform, which focuses on driving capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors. As an intern, you will be responsible for assisting in Real Estate market research and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis. You will also assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.

The successful candidate will acquire knowledge of Real Estate markets, understand key factors in evaluating Real Estate investments, and develop analytical skills and financial modeling skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about Real Estate investment. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work, and basic understanding of financial modeling and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
