Packaging Design Expert

We are seeking a talented Packaging Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective packaging concepts that communicate the brand's message and meet functional requirements.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and production, to ensure packaging is practical, cost-effective, and visually appealing.
  • Create original packaging designs based on marketing briefs and product specifications.
  • Recommend materials and finishes that enhance visual appeal and functionality while considering cost and sustainability.
  • Evaluate designs against quality standards and performance in handling and transportation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CAD software, and 3D modeling software.
  • Strong understanding of packaging production and printing processes, including Flexographic printing, Offset printing, Digital printing, and Gravure printing.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong creative skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
