Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Drama Production Manager to lead our production team in creating impactful shows that resonate with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in written/spoken English and working-level Chinese skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with global partners.

  • Oversee multiple projects across regions, driving timely delivery of planning, development, and production tasks.
  • Collaborate with the drama team and finance department to produce on-time and within-budget budgets, cost reports, and contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to approved budgets during production, applying best practices to optimize production and staffing spend.
  • Review production progress as needed, liaising with clients to ensure milestones are met during production/delivery.
  • Approve or deny potential overages on any project in production, taking into account input from producers and IFA partners.
  • Prioritize timely delivery of project milestones, leveraging experience and expertise to drive successful outcomes.
  • Apply strategic thinking to production management, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Liaise with client PMD and Biz Affairs on contract and budgetary issues, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
